Wyllma O. (Billy) Wall III age 59 of Social Circle, GA passed away Monday February 10, 2020. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Monroe, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his brothers and sisters in law Marty & Kristie Wall of Monroe, John & Amy Wall of Loganville. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
