Tawwab Abdul Hakim an Electrician passed unexpectedly on May 14,
2020 at the age of 45 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Left to cherish his memory is his son Shareef Tawwab Hakim, his
mother Rabiah Hakim Daniels (Ummy)., Survived by his older sisters
Nafisah Hakim and Rahima Daniels and his older brothers Dawud
Hakim, Dzarr Daniels and Ibn Daniels. Aunts Sharon Moss and Marcella
Hunt and Uncle Musa Hakim. In conjunction with a host of cousins,
nieces and nephews.
Tawwab is preceded in death by his father Earl Daniels; Uncle John
Daniels and his grandmothers Bernice Daniels and Andrena Moss.
Tawwab was born in Buffalo, New York on February 18, 1975 to Earl
Daniels and Rabiah Hakim Daniels. He attended (Futures Academy
School 37); in the Fruit belt section of Buffalo for elementary school.
He then went on to follow the footsteps of his big brother Dawud and
attended Seneca Vocational High School in Buffalo where he went on
to graduate from the Electrician program.
After High School, he then joined the United States Navy where he
worked as an Electricians Mate. After his enlistment Tawwab went on
to complete the remainder of his Electrician apprenticeship training. At
the time of his passing Tawwab was working as an Electrician in
Georgia, where he was residing for the last 20 years.
Tawwab was a compassionate and caring man. He loved to listen to
jazz. He was a skilled intuitive Electrician who could resolve almost any
electrical problem, which he encountered. He was an active member
of the Electrical Contractors and IBEW Local Union #613 out of Georgia
at the time of his passing. His family, friends and all who knew him will
miss him deeply.
A funeral service is scheduled for June 3, 2020 1pm at Byrd & Flanigan
Crematory and Funeral Service 288 Hurricane Shoals Road NE
Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
