Samuel (Sam) Pollock age 75 of Young Harris, Ga formerly of Lilburn, Ga passed away Saturday October 3, 2020.

Sam was born in Bainbridge GA to parents James and Irene Pollock. Sam is survived by his wife Bobbie Staples Pollock and was a loving father to Brian (Suzanna ) and Jason (Carrie) Pollock. He was a proud grandfather to Cecil (Alicia), Justin (Kellie), and Hunter Pollock (Audra). He is survived by great grandchildren Keagan, Camron, Karter Grace, Cooper, Cason, and Blakley Pollock.

He was proceeded in death by brothers Bobby and Ray Pollock. His surviving sister is Sylvia Remine.

He graduated from Apopka High School in Florida. After graduation he joined the US Army and served in Vietnam. After his military service he worked for Allied Safety Supply in Richmond VA. After retiring from Allied Safety Supply he moved to the North GA mountains to build homes in a family business.
