Justin F. Ewing

Justin F. Ewing, 47, of Dacula, Georgia, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.  He was an absolute treasure, and his cheerful attitude and huge smile will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  

He graduated from North Gwinnett High School in 1994 with a Special Education Diploma. In his younger years, he held part time positions with Kroger’s, Chili’s, and Anderson Merchandisers.

During the course of his life, Justin was consistent in his love for several things. He was a huge fan of Michael Jackson; he watched his so-called “scary movies” like ‘Nightmare on Elm Street’ nearly every day; and he viewed ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’ so many times that he could do the Time Warp dance better than most. But absolutely nothing could ever exceed his love for Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker and the original Star Wars movies. They were required daily viewing, and he knew every word of all three films. With his loving heart and pure soul, he was a true Jedi Knight.

Justin is survived by his sister, Allison Jill Bish and her husband, Darrel; brother, Jason Ewing; niece, Brianna Delorier; nephew, Michael Bish; and his beloved grandnephew, Logan, as well as numerous extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Elaine Grant, and his father, Richard Fayette Ewing.
