John “Pete” Ferrell Williams, 80 - November 28th, 1940 – April 30th, 2021.
John was the oldest son of the late Dessie “Dot” Clark. He was a humble, loving, hardworking, giving soul and always put his family first.
He was honorably discharged from the Navy, he loved Nascar races, went on many cruises, traveled 23 states in the RV with his wife, he loved playing the marble game and getting anyone who visited hooked on the game as well and he enjoyed hiking earlier in life. He retired from Ryder Trucking and being an owner/operator of John Williams Trucking.
He was a former resident in Knoxville, TN and currently resided in Winder, GA. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Dian Williams, his daughter Cynthia Boyer and son in law Jeff, his late daughter Wendy Kay Williams, God-Daughter Penny Skamalos, her husband John and daughter Georgiana, his brother David Williams and sister Anne Bingham. He was a loving and very proud Ho Ho to his granddaughter Kindy Bellamy, her husband Matt and his grandson Cody Boyer. He was so honored to become a Great-Ho Ho to Attalie Bellamy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
