Gregory Scott White

Gregory (Scott) White was born in Michigan City, IN on January 4, 1967 and left us far too soon to be with his Heavenly Father on September 9, 2021 at the age of 54.

Scott was truly an original. Known by some as “the Governor”, he was the epitome of the “Southern Gentleman” and never went anywhere without the right attire. He didn’t meet a stranger that wasn’t soon a friend and made sure everyone felt welcomed. Scott loved the great outdoors and spent many hours hunting, fishing, boating and golfing as a young boy with his father and brother in Alabama and throughout his life. Scott loved and was always there for his family who will miss him more than words can say.

Scott was a longtime member of Summit Chase Country Club where he watched many a sunset over the greens. He was an active brother of the Snellville Masonic Lodge #99 F & AM and active member of Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful receiving The Certificate of Excellence for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Cheryl White; brother Derrell, sister-in-law Julie and nephews John, Josh and Jacob White.

Scott is preceded in death by his father, best friend and hero, Frank White.
