Edward Mark Keefer

Edward Mark Keefer age, 64 0f Auburn GA; passed away on October 25, 2023. Mark worked in transportation for 40-plus years until the time of his death, he worked In Transportation as a Bus Driver for the Barrow County School System, for more than 18 and prior to that the Gwinnett County School System.  For over 30 years he worked as the Director of Food Services for Camp Rainey Mountain Boy Scout Camp. He was active in scouting for 40 years, and the educational Exchange for 20-plus years. He was preceded in death by his father Craig E Keefer. He is survived by his loving family, mother Rebecca Emily Keefer, brother Mike Keefer, and sister Tracy Keefer of Auburn GA. grand-daughter Makayla Johnson, nephews Colby Michael Keefer, and Chance Mason Keefer, niece Nikki Pruit Haney, and uncle Lee Keefer. He was also blessed with many great nieces and nephews along with many other family members and friends who loved Mark dearly.  In lieu of flowers donations made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Kidney Foundation, or a Pet Rescue of Choice. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA.
