Bimla Agarwal

Our beloved mother, Mrs. Bimla Agarwal, passed away peacefully and comfortably early this morning, at home, in Atlanta, Georgia. She was 95 and went to her heavenly abode almost 14 years to the day after the passing of our father Mr. Bishan Swarup.

She was predeceased by her loving daughter Dr. Asha Gupta (Shiv Mohan). She is survived by her three sons, Dr. Virendra Agarwal (Alka) of Leicester, U.K., Dr. Ashok Kumar (Vinita) of Thousand Oaks, CA, and Mr. Anil Kumar (Sonjui) of Atlanta, GA, along with a proud legacy of 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her large loving family of sisters, brother, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, and many nieces and nephews around the world.

Last rites and services will be held on Tuesday June 22nd at 9 a.m. at Byrd & Flanagan in Lawrenceville, Georgia (288 Hurricane Shoals Rd. NE, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). The event will also be broadcast live – please go to byrdandflanigan.com and scroll to the bottom of the page for the link.
