Antonio Delane Addison was born July 1st, 1971 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Herline E. Hammond and Lawrence (Larry) Barrett of Columbus, Ohio. Tony departed this life August 26, 2023 in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Coming from a loving family, Tony accepted Christ at a young age. His education started at Hamilton Avenue Elementary in Columbus, Ohio. His family relocated to Saint Stephen, South Carolina. He began his schooling there at Saint Stephen Middle and graduated from Saint Stephen High in 1989. Tony furthered his education at Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, where he made lifelong bonds when he became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated in 1991 in the Gamma Nu Chapter.
Tony married Stacie Lavette Kleckley on April 7, 2001 and in their union were was blessed with Dylan Xavier Addison. They loved and grew a life together in Georgia. He had an amazing work ethic and developed many friendships where he was highly respected in his career. He cultivated strong bonds with colleagues at Rexel, Mayer Electric, and REM. Tony was very talented artistically and he was loved by all who knew him. He was a dedicated and unwavering Dallas Cowboys fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother Herline Eleanor Hammond Addison, his grandmother, Thelma Henrietta Hammond, grandfather Marvin Hammond, uncle Don Marvin Hammond, aunts Lillian H Prileaou and Norma Hammond. He leaves to cherish his memories: His wife, Stacie, a son Dylan, siblings: Charlescia Addison (South Carolina), Ciera Barrett (Ohio), Lawrence Jr. (Ohio), Claressa Slaughter (Ohio); daughter Aaliyah Farrell (Washington DC), a loving host of family and friends, colleagues and coworkers who will sorely miss him.
