Willis Franklin Denny V, "Bill", of Lawrenceville, Georgia entered the Gates of Heaven on November 19, 2021. He was 58. Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Duluth First United Methodist Church. Visitation will be at 12:00 and a service will follow at 1:00. Which will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/c/DuluthFirstUMCWorship . Bill was born February 24, 1963, in Atlanta, Georgia to Willis F. Denny IV and Mary Jane Barnhardt Denny. He grew up in Tucker, Georgia and graduated from Shamrock High School in Decatur. He attended the University of Georgia and graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA in Management.  Bill began his career in the banking industry and later moved to mobility solutions and custom wheelchairs most recently with National Seating and Mobility.Bill was a member of Duluth First United Methodist Church where he taught children's Sunday school, coached Upward basketball, and participated in youth group and scouting programs.  He was an active softball, dance, orchestra, and cross-country Dad. Bill volunteered with the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in leadership roles, Fragile Kids Foundation as an Ambassador and Regional Programming Advisor and was a Past President and member of the Gwinnett Early Childhood Interagency Council. He is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Michelle Beall Denny; daughters Allena, Rachel and Christina; mother-in-law Mary Beall and family, Savannah, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law Jane and Vince Carnazza, Niceville, Florida; sister Mary Denny, East Hampton, New York; aunts, uncles, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. Bill will be remembered for his passion for life, his endless humor, his kindness and especially his devotion to his wife and daughters. The family deeply appreciates the generous donations, incredible support, and fervent prayers extended to them during this time.
