Bill is survived by his beloved partner Stephanie Calloway, Lilburn, GA; children William Ryan Whitten, Austin, TX; & Jared Riley Whitten, Austin, TX; mother Martha Sample Tatum, Longview, TX; stepdad: Bernie Tatum, Longview, TX; brothers Jim Whitten, Long Beach, NY; & Albert Nolan Rawls, III & Susan, Oklahoma City, OK; sister Celeste Whitten Girouard & Andrew Girouard, Broussard, LA; nieces Michelle Rawls, & Ashley Rawls, cousin Barry Whitten, Lake Charles, LA. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA.
