William "Carroll" Waters went home to Jesus on May 27, 2021 at the age of 78. Carroll was born to Reese Albert and Jessie Studstill Waters on September 1, 1942 in Douglas, GA. Carroll joins his parents and brother, Reese Jr, in Heaven. He is survived by his family, who were the light of his life, a wife of 48 years, Nora Sullivan; his sons Matthew (Stephanie), Tim (Falyn), Brent (Chrissie); grandchildren Ariel, Jacob, Ryan, Gavin and Ella; his sisters Margaret (Bubba) Knight, Jenny (Curt) Lacy, Nina Waters; his brothers James (Charlotte) and Robbie (Trina) Waters. Carroll was a man of great faith and his life was full, serving others and enjoying the company of his family and dear friends. His sunny disposition, kind and helpful manner brought such light and joy wherever he was. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am Monday May 31, 2021 at The Nett Church at Bethesda, 444 Bethesda Church Road Lawrenceville, Ga 30044 with Rev. Dr. Rodrigo Cruz, Rev. Elvira Rogers, Rev. Robbie Peay officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 - 10:30 Monday at the church, Inurnment will be held at 11:00 am Saturday June 5, 2021 at the Beaver Dam Cemetery 475 Pauline Ave. Ray City, Ga 31645.
