William Horning Burney Jr. passed away July 3, 2021. Bill will be immensely missed by his loving wife of 34 years, Linda(Bonitatibus), his parents William SR and Linda Burney, sister Shelly LaJudice daughter Elizabeth Burney, granddaughter Kennedy Rose Brown, nephew Vincent LaJudice Also survived by his in laws, Geno and AnnaMae Bonitatibus, along with sister-in-law Michele Pyatak (husband Dan), Laurie Hartman( husband Bill), cousins Tom and Sandy Kennington and very close friends Mark Royal and Jan Wilson and his 2 devoted cats.

Bill enjoyed being the captain on his Pontoon boat while sailing and fishing with family and friends.  Bill was always available to help anyone he met, making people laugh and finding joy in conversations as he knew no strangers. In abiding with Bill's wishes, calling hours have been omitted. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date. The family gratefully acknowledges the many acts of kindness and other expressions of sympathy extended to us during this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA because Bill believed in their mission to protect all animals.
