Wesley Finley age 79 of NY passed away on Thursday , March 22, 2018. A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday , March 27, 2018 , at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service with Chaplain Patrick Koroma officiating.
