Thomas Cosmo Locke IV age 36 of Loganville GA; recently passed. Thomas was a veteran of the US Army82nd Airborne Division, a member of the American Legion Post #233 in Loganville, GA, & a member of the IBEW Local #46.  Thomas was an avid sports memorabilia collector and accomplished runner. He was preceded in death by his parents Ret. MGST. Thomas Cosmo Locke III & Col. Susan Mary Locke. Thomas is survived by his wife of 13 years Rachel Britt Locke and son Thomas Cosmo Locke V; sister & brother-in-law HS1 Krystyna & Ryan McRobert of Anchorage, Alaska, sister Carissa Depew-Locke of Hayward, CA; Grand-parents Georgia Locke of Seattle, Washington & Mary Roberts of San Ramon, CA; & several aunts, u ncles, & cousins.  No Formal services are planned, however, a private service will be held in Washington state on a date TBD.  Arrangements by Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service Lawrenceville, GA. (770)962-2200 Loganvillecremation.com
