Shirley Mae Tarpley Fletcher age 90 went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.  Ms. Fletcher is preceded in death by her parents Louis W. & Lelah May Burger Tarpley, husbands William O. Nisbet, &  Robert Bruce Fletcher, daughter Elaine Nisbet Turner-Marin, sisters & brother-in-law Nona Long, Gloria & Gordon Gienow, & Anita Thompson,  brothers & sister-in-law Lewis & Betty Tarpley, & Larry Tarpley.  She is survived by her son Michael A. Nisbet, & daughter & son-in-law Leslie Nisbet & Kevin Ringo, 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, sister & brother-in-law Nancy & Gene Westbrooks, brothers-in-law Lee Long Jr., John Thompson, & a host of extended family.  A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service with Rev. Kevin Ringo officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 pm until service time.  Interment will follow at a later date at College Park Cemetery.
