Shirley Ruthe Duncan age 78 of Lawrenceville, GA passed away Wednesday February 27, 2019. She is survived by her daughter & son in law Whitney & Douglas Ribak of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, son & daughter in law Marc & Agnes Duncan of Tucson, AZ, grandchildren Trevor Jeanes, Tristan Jeanes both of Sunrise, FL. No formal services are planned at this time.
