Shelton Franklin Fowler Jr. age 78 of Loganville, GA; passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 11:00 am at Bethlehem United Methodist Church 709 Christmas Ave. Bethlehem, GA. 30620.
