Sheila I. Parker, age 84, of Covington, GA passed away on November 5, 2023 at Riverside Health Care.

Sheila was born in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Southwest Dekalb High School in 1957. She was a secretary at Park Place Baptist Church for 19 years.

Sheila is preceded in death by her parents, Charles "Shorty" Ingram and Eloise Ingram, her brother Charles Ingram and son Jess Parker. She is survived by her brother, Bennie Ingram, son's Chuck and Jim Parker, stepson Andy Parker and grandson Andrew Parker along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
