Ruby June Yancey age 85 of Monroe Ga. passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019.  Mrs. Yancey retired from Gwinnett Medical Center Lawrenceville GA; Mrs Yancey was preceded in death by her parents Doyle & Montine Stone Yancey. She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-six years Robert Edward Yancey, daughters & sons in law Linda & James Meeks of Dacula GA; Trish & Dwight Dickson of Monroe GA; grandchildren Angela & Michael Gosnell of Montgomery AL; Melissa Allen & Jan of Grayson GA; Tiffany & Rob Coleman of Monroe GA great-grandchildren Sydney Coleman, Carter Coleman, & Cade Coleman. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service with Rev. Matthew Watson officiating. Interment will follow at East Shadowlawn Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceville with Rev. Kenny Kuykendall officiating.
