Rosemary D. Preston age 84 of Dacula, Ga passed away Sunday December 18, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph P. Preston Sr. son Joseph P. Preston Jr, sister Dianne Wetzel. She was retired from The State of Georgia after over 30 years of service as the Director of Constituent Services of The Governors Office. She is survived by her daughters & sons in law Cynthia & Randy Prater of Gainesville, Kim & Charles Brown of Bethlehem, grandchildren Amanda Caudill, Wesley Prater, Abby Brown, Anna Brown, Joseph P. Preston III, sister Patti Garrett of Lawrenceville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday December 21, 2022 at Hebron Baptist Church with Rev. Hugh Kirby and Pastor Rhys Stenner officiating. Interment and Graveside Services will follow at 3:00 pm at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery 551 New Hope Road, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
