Rose Bell Hartley Burks age 81 of Dacula, GA passed away on November 18, 2017. She was born on November 17, 1936 , in Jacksonville, FL. She was a Homemaker and a loving Mother and Grandmother. She is survived by Daughters - Elaine Hartley Bell , Nicole C. Burks of both of Dacula, GA, Grandchildren - Derrick Gabriel, Dana Gabriel Roberts, Nathan Watson, Several Great Grandchildren, Sisters - Minnie Cato of Miami, FL, Carolyn Bayles, Patricia Way, Lois Way all of Jacksonville, FL. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday November 25, 2017 from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church 797 Moon Road Lawrenceville, GA 30046 with Dr. Ronald D.
