Rita Carol Neese King age 56 of Loganville, Ga passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2016. She was born on February 4, 1960, in Atlanta, GA. and was self-employed as a Painter.  Rita is survived by her  Mother Carolyn Neese, Sister: Joy Chewning, Two Brothers, David Neese and  Howard Neese all of Loganville, Ga.
