Rita Fay Hubbard age 69 of Winder, Ga passed away Saturday November 22, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Fenton Hubbard and by her parents Robert & Dorothy Brumbalow and brother Earl Brumbalow. She is survived by her son & daughter in law Donny & Buffie Hubbard of Lawrenceville, grandchildren Charles Hubbard of Winder, Alexis & Jacey Maddox of Buford, Weston Hubbard of Jefferson, sisters & brother in law Joann Head of Winder, Norma & Cordell Reagan of Dahlonega, brothers & sister in law Mark & Tammy Brumbalow of Oakwood, Robin Brumbalow of Winder.
