A native of Lakeland, FL, He was born on October 29, 1968, and employed with Publix in Lawrenceville, Richard is survived by wife, Larysa A. Horak of Lawrenceville, GA; sisters, Bonnie Losh of Lakeland, FL; Laurie Dennis of Powell, TN, brother & sister-in-law, Ihor & Natalia Rudko of Colchester, KY, nephews Justin Herrington of Sevierville, TN; Brent Herrington of West Palm Beach, FL; several other nieces & nephews and their families.
