Rebecca Marie Purdy-Chmielowiec age 64 of Dawsonville, GA; passed away on Thursday , February 9, 2017. Rebecca was a native of Dawsonville, GA; and she was a former Unit Coordinator with Northeast GA Medical in Gainesville.  She was preceded in death by her son Larry Wayne Purdy Jr. Rebecca was a loving mother, mamaw, & sister.  She is survived by her sons & daughters-in-law Lee (Penny) Samples of Dawsonville, GA; Kenneth Wilson (Sarah Jane) Samples of Paducah KY; daughter & son-in-law Alicia Marie (Kris) King of Loganville, GA; brothers & sisters-in-law Sony (Sunny) Gore of Grayson. GA; Wes (Mona) Gore sister Gayle Moss of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren Zachary K. Samples, Brandon Neil Samples, Alexis Marie Farist , Austin T. King, Jessica L. Samples, Hannah Marie Samples, Zackary Austin Samples, Stormey G. Farist , & Brayden W. King 7 great grandchildren several nieces, nephews, & cousins.  A celebration of Rebecca's life will beheld on Monday , February 13, 2017 , at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service Lawrenceville, GA; with Rev.
