Rafael Reyes Salazar nació el 24 de octubre de 1936 en Michoacán, México. Se casó con Evelia Soto (+) en 1962. Rafael emigró a los Estados Unidos en 1967 y vivió en Georgia los últimos 18 años. De su matrimonio llegaron 9 hijos,de los cuales 7 viven: Isidro Reyes(+), Leonel Reyes, Rubén Reyes y esposa, Arturo Reyes,Victor Reyes y esposa, Oralia Pérez y esposo,Jaime Reyes y esposa,Rafael Reyes(+), María Concepción Reyes, con 19 nietos y 8 bisnietos y con varios sobrinos, sobrinas, y amados familiares y amistades a los que hacía reír cada vez que tenia la oportunidad. Rafael Reyes Salazar was born on October 24, 1936 in Michoacán, Mexico. He married Evelia Soto  in 1962. Rafael immigrated to the United States in 1967 and lived in Georgia for the last 18 years. From their marriage came 9 children, of which 7 live: Isidro Reyes , Leonel Reyes, Rubén Reyes and wife, Arturo Reyes, Victor Reyes and wife, Oralia Pérez and husband, Jaime Reyes and wife, Rafael Reyes, María Concepción Reyes, with 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and with several nephews, nieces, and beloved family members and friends who she made laugh every time she had the opportunity.
