Philip "Shane" Counts passed away unexpectedly Friday August 6th, Born September 29th, 1988, Shane was a mechanic and grew up with an avid love for cars. Shane never met a stranger and became quick friends with anyone he met. His best friend was his dog Razor. Shane is survived by his son Philip Shane Jr, Mother Vickie  (Derrick) Sabialeash, Father Philip Counts, Brother Kenneth (Heather,) nephew Riley, and nieces Ali and Zoe Shanks, many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday August 13, 2021 from the chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday from 11:00 - 1:00 at the funeral home.
