Philip "PJ" Catalano, age 34, from the great state of Georgia, had an untimely departure from this life on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021.  Best known for his sharp wit and huge heart, Philip loved exploring the world; from Bora Bora and Bangkok to Baghdad and Bologna. He was always up for an adventure. Like a sponge he soaked up information and obscure facts that he would recite at the delight and amazement of those around him. Family was the core of Philip's essence. More than anything he loved being around his nieces, nephews, and cousins. Equally, they loved being around him. Quick to light up a room with his radiant smile and infectious laughter, he could lift the spirits of anyone with his amazing stories. Philip is survived by his loving parents Fil and Sawang Catalano, siblings Sawat Susan Brown and spouse Michael, Elizabeth Leidner and spouse Stephen and Jason Poole and spouse Wade, nieces Bailey and Finnley, and nephews Hank, Luke, Samson, and Sai.  A celebration of Philip's life will be held on Thursday, June 17th, 2021 at 4:00 pm (viewing beginning at 2:00 pm) at Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service, 288 Hurricane Shoals Road NE., Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
