Patsy Ruth Bell, age 77, of Decatur, GA: died on Saturday, September 02, 2017 at Hospice Atlanta Center. She was born in Greensboro, Georgia on September 13, 1939, to Frances and Johnny Clifton. She was the oldest of  3 children and has resided in Decatur, Georgia for the past 54 years. She was a fantastic, caring mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed. She is survived by her 2 brothers and sisters-in-law John and Drenda Clifton and Carey and Lucy Clifton. She is also survived by her son and his wife Steve and Lynn Bell, daughter Kathy Brewton, 7 grandchildren: David Gunter, Brian Gunter, Royal Gunter, Ashley Bell, Amber Sanders, Drew Bell, Brianna Brewton, as well as 5 great grandchildren, 7 nieces and nephews and their families as well as many cousins. Special friends include Betty Wurly, Keith Barnett, and Debbie Morelli. A viewing will be held at Byrd and Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Services on Wednesday, September 06, 2017 from 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. The service will be officiated by Pastor Steve Clifton.
