Patricia Ann (Brown) Hammond, 73 passed away on December 10, 2025 in Loganville, Ga. Patricia was born August 4, 1952 in Duluth, Ga. to the late Robert Lee & Odell (Snow) Brown.
Patricia is survived by her children: Bridgett Bryant of Tampa, Florida, Cathy Bryant of Duluth,Ga, Olivia Jackson of Snellville Ga, Lakessia Bryant-Harris of Duluth, Ga., Robert Bryant of Dacula, Ga. Patricia is also survived by her 20 Grandchildren & 10 Great Grandchildren.
