Pamela Chadwick Steele, age 63 of Jefferson, Georgia, passed away peacefully surrounded by love and her children on Monday, April 25, 2022. Pam was a flight attendant for many years with Delta Airlines before transitioning into Real Estate with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Pam was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority at the University of Georgia, where she graduated with a degree in early childhood education. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved relaxing on the beach, watching Georgia football games, and spending holidays with her children. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Steve Bowers and her Father, Ronald Leon Chadwick. She is survived by her three children and their spouses: William Chandler Bowers and Meg Bowers of Roswell, Hillary Johnson and Robert Johnson of Jefferson, and Paige Adair and Jake Adair of Charlotte, North Carolina along with her two grandchildren Olive Adair and Leon Johnson. She is also survived by her mother, Barbara Peters Chadwick of Snellville, sisters Missy Chadwick Guillebeau of Loganville, Cindy Chadwick Hewatt of Athens, Aunt Sybil Peters Friedrichs of DelRay Beach, Florida and several loved nieces and cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday May 6, 2022 at Jefferson First United Methodist Church 188 Martin Street Jefferson, GA 30549 with Senior Pastor Brian Funderburke, Dr. James G. Merritt and her son Chandler Bowers officiating. Reception Immediately to follow at the Revival Fellowship Hall 18 S. Public Square, Jefferson, GA 30549.
