Mearlon "Mert" Knight age 77 of Winder GA; passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020. Mr. Knight was preceded in death by his parents Belvie & Cassie Givens Knight, brothers James Knight, Hugh Dorsey Knight, & Larry Knight.  He is survived by his sisters Judy Glass & Kathleen Trusty, & several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA; with Rev. Bobby Owen officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 am until time of service.  Arrangements by Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA.
