Mary "Jeanette" Banner Age 79 of Lawrenceville, GA; passed away on Monday September 13, 2021. Jeanette was retired from Ohio Table Pad Company as Plant Manager. Jeannette loved the Lord and attended Restoration Church. Jeanette's passions included cooking, baking, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. She created so many wonderful memories with those she loved; all of which involved a belly full of love, that tasted delicious.  She loved people and that love could be measured by the contents of a pie plate. She and her husband, Jim, were married for 58 devoted years, building a faith-filled family and home together. She journeyed her faith by serving others without hesitation and feeding the multitudes one casserole dish, full of love, at a time. Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents  William F. & Mary Iris Sumner Lane, her husband in 2018 James P. Banner, & great-granddaughter Serenity Rose Rodriguez.  She is survived by her loving children James DeWayne & (Tina) Banner, Kimberly Banner & (Reed Glawe), brother & sister-in-law Randy & (Diane) Lane, sisters & brother-in-law Glenda & (Dennis) Mills, Diane Wiley, & Marilyn Sapp, Grandchildren Jessica Banner, Devin & (Jimmy) Chatwood, Neal Banner, Cassie & (Jorge) Rodriguez, Benjamin Banner, & Ethan Banner, great-grandchildren Eli Rodriguez, Isaiah Rodriguez, Silas Rodriguez, Nora Kate Rodriguez, CJ Chatwood, & London Banner.  A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA. with Gary Wright officiating. Interment will follow at GA National Cemetery in Canton GA at 1:30 pm.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
