Mark Edward Innis, age 62, passed away on January 24, 2026. He was born on April 14, 1963, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Mark was the beloved husband of Lisa Elizabeth Innis (Beck), with whom he shared 41 years of marriage after marrying on June 2, 1984. He was a devoted father to his sons, Joseph Mark Innis and Casey Jackson Innis (Kelly), and a proud grandfather to Riley Steel Innis, who brought him great joy.
A graduate of Southside High School in Fort Wayne, Mark and Lisa moved to the Atlanta area in 1985, where they built their life and raised their family. Mark worked in landscape management with Ruppert Landscape Companies for 26 years, earning the respect of colleagues through his strong work ethic and dedication.
Mark was deeply involved in his sons’ lives and especially loved coaching baseball for 13 years at Shorty Howell Park and Bunten Road Park in Duluth, Georgia. In his spare time, Mark could often be found on the golf course or working in the yard, enjoying the outdoors he loved.
He is survived by his father, Edward Innis; his siblings, Marykaye Keith (Terry) and Matt Innis; and his nephew Zach (Kayla). He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Elliott.
