LAWRENCEVILLE-Maria del Carmen Ruiz Cardenas, beloved aunt, sister and godmother, passed away on September 5, 2018 due to natural causes.  Carmen lived a full life – traveled the world, spent time with family, loved playing cards and board games, and was an avid bowler. Although she didn't have children of her own, she helped raise two generations of her nieces and nephews, and was loved by her family very much.
