Lynn Stacey Birkett, Certified Public Accountant of Suwanee, GA, passed peacefully succumbing to cancer on May 26, 2020 surrounded by friends and loved ones.

Lynn graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in accounting and was a practicing CPA at the firm of Terry Gordon & Co, P.C. Lynn was a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Lynn was highly regarded by colleagues, clients, family and friends alike. She was known for her mastery of detail and commitment to excellence.

She enjoyed glassblowing and collecting art glass, deep sea fishing, playing with her beloved dog Teak, and had a passion for Agatha Christie movies. She never met a person she didn't like and was a loving and loyal friend throughout her life.

Lynn is preceded in death by her father, Otto Moses Stacey, and mother, Louise Singleton Stacey Cuneo. She is survived by her wife of twenty-one years, Linda Louise Fenton, a stepson, Jason Fenton and three grandchildren of Lancaster, PA. She is also survived by four brothers:  Terry Stacey of Pinson, AL, Dr. Barry Stacey of Savannah, GA, Kenny Stacey of Pinson, AL, Mark Stacey of Dora, AL and three nieces and five nephews.

Lynn wishes to spend eternity with her ashes among the seas, so her memorial will take place at a later date.
