Lena May Williams Gabay was born on August 8th 1929 to Matilda Williams and Alfred Williams in Saint James, Jamaica. She met the love of her life Frederico Gabay in 1956. From this union three beautiful children were produced, Joy Gabay, Arlin Gabay,Anthony Gabay. She migrated to the United States and lived in New York for 30 plus years then relocated to Atlanta. She was a leader with strong work ethics, she ran her own business while in Jamaica and went back to school after her children were grown and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant which provided the avenue to connect with people and provided service. She was always loyal to her family and friends and was quick to action when someone was in need. She had a firm foundation of faith and devotion, as she traveled along  her religious journey she walked in humility and being a blessing to all she met. Grandma is  preceded in death by her parents Matilda and Alfred Williams, husband Frederico Gabay, sisters Clothie Williams, Estelle James, Clarissa James,Clementina Haye, brothers Alfred Williams jr, and Jessie Williams. She is survived by daughters Joy Gabay, Arlin Gabay, and son Anthony Gabay  in Atlanta Ga, sister Macaida Henry in Jamaica.grand-daughters Deidre Mitchell,Atlanta Nicole Gabay N.Y,Melissa Gabay, Jamaica, grandsons Anthony Gabay jr NY.Andrew McBean Atlanta A host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews,and friends in NJ,NY, Pensylvania, Jamaica, Canada and Florida. Funeral Services will be held Saturday July 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Crematory & Funeral Service. The Family will receive friends Saturday July 7, 2018 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
