Lawrence (Larry) Novak, 88, left the cares of this world behind and passed into Glory on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.  Larry was born in June of 1935 and was the 11th child of John and Mary Novak. He was a 1953 graduate of Waite High School and was part of a competition singing group, as well as many church choirs. He served in the United States Army and had many jobs including a 25-year career working as a Pricing Specialist for Owens Illinois in Toledo, Ohio. Before retiring at age 62, he sold cars and finished out his working career as a Teller and then a Loan Officer for a bank in Florida.

Larry met the love of his life in the spring of 1959, and they were married the following May of 1960. He was preceded in death by both parents, 9 of his siblings, and his beloved wife of almost 60 years, Carolyn Ann.

Larry is survived by his sister Rita Zinn of Toledo, Ohio, his 2 sons Pastor Lawrence John Novak of Bellefontaine, Ohio and William Claire Novak of St. Joseph, Illinois, his daughter Christine Louise Kwiatkowski of Lawrenceville, Georgia, as well as his 2 daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, 9 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
