John "Worm" Mitchell passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 8, 2021, at the age of 43.  Worm was a gentle giant and loved by everyone.  He was a loving father to his 3-year old daughter, Carter, and a great stepfather to Jalen and Sydney. Besides his children, he is survived by his loving wife Casey, his beloved mother Diana Nwandu, and stepfather Valentine Nwandu.  He will also be greatly missed by his siblings, Victoria and Emmanuel, his grandparents, uncles, aunts, and a host of nieces and nephews. Worm was the friend everyone would want to have and an avid Steeler fan. We love you Worm.  Rest in perfect peace.. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA; with Pastor Kenny Cooper officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 pm until service time.
