Joel James McElwaney age 69 of Suwanee, GA passed away September 1, 2018. He served the City of Doraville as a Police Officer for 15 years., and was employed with Rockwell Automotive for 26 years. He is survived by his Wife -  Dixie Lee Partee of Suwanee, Son -  Joel Shane McElwaney, Grandson -  Eli McElwaney, Step Sons -  Joey Partee, Shane Partee, and Jammie Partee. Visitation will be held Wednesday September 5, 2018 from 12:00 - 2:oo at the funeral home, with Funeral Services at 2:00 from the Chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev.
