He is survived by his son Corey Vantroostenberghe Monroe, GA; parents James & Wanda Vantroostenberghe of Monroe, GA; brothers Alex Vantroostenberghe Monroe, GA; Vincent Vantroostenberghe Monroe, GA; sisters Mary Vantroostenberghe Stockbridge, GA; Diann Vantroostenberghe Monroe, GA; grandmother Catherine Vantroostenberghe Sterling Heights, MI. A celebration of Jeremiah's life will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville, GA.
