James Thomas Sibley Jr. age 77 of Panama City Beach, Florida formerly of Lilburn, Ga passed away Sunday October 6, 2019. He was a Native of Gwinnett County. He is survived by his son & daughter in law Jeffrey & Rebecca Sibley of Dacula, daughter Andrea Sibley of Stone Mountain, grandchildren James Sibley, Elliott Barthel, brother & sister in law Christopher & Carol Sibley of Conyers, niece Annie Sibley, nephew Davis Sibley both of Conyers. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Friday October 11, 2019 from the chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home with Theresa Kennerly Officiating. Interment will follow in Luxomni Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening October 10, 2019 from 6:00 - 9:00 at the funeral home.
