James  "Jim" or "Jimbo" Kennedy Littell Jr. age 84, of Social Circle GA; passed away on December 9, 2023. Mr Littell was born on April 27, 1939, in Middlesex, NJ. He was preceded in death by his father James Kennedy Littell Sr, mother Dorothy Fogel, wife Patricia Littell, daughter Patti Williamson, son-in-law John Williamson, son Kenneth Littell, and son Kevin Littell. He is survived by grandchildren Ashley Williamson, Mac Littell, and Madison Littell, daughter-in-law Pam Littell, sisters-in-law Lois Pareti and Barbara Lane, two great-grandchildren, and three nieces.

Mr. Littell received his education at Bound Brook High School but completed his GED while a member of the New Jersey National Guard where he served 6 months of active duty. He retired as a Field Agent for the Environmental Protection Agency where he received many achievement awards as an agent for the EPA for work on different projects, and in his childhood he was an active Boy Scout, but he would tell you that his biggest achievement was his family. Jim enjoyed traveling the USA and Canada (visited all 49 mainland states and favored Alaska), amateur radio, trading and collecting firearms, playing card games, classical music, fishing, enjoying nature, and spending time with his family.

A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service with Rev. William Collins officiating.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:30 pm until the time of service
