James Kennerly, 88, passed away on December 17, 2022. He was born on April 20, 1934, to George and Ruby Kennerly in Lilburn. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Sarah.

He is survived by his wife Pat, son Mark, stepsons Tom, Tim and Randy, 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

James lived and worked his entire life in Gwinnett County including 35 years with the John D. Stephens, Inc. An active golfer in his retirement, he enjoyed many hours and made many friends on the course. He and Pat traveled extensively after working including many cruises which he loved. His outgoing and positive personality left him with a lifetime of friendships which he cherished.
