Howard Scott Hilton Jr. age 67 of Winder, GA passed away on June  2, 2017. He was born on August 16, 1949, in Upland, Pennsylvania. and attended High school in Worthington, Ohio, also officiated little league sporting events, and was a retired Pilot in the Air Force after  20 years service. He married Christine Mahardy on June 7, 1997, and would have celebrated their 20 year anniversary on June 7, 2017.and was a volunteer Firefighter and Captain with the Lake Delta, New York Fire Dept., and a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church in Winder, GA. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Howard is survived by wife : Christine Mahardy Heins-Hilton of Winder, GA, Son : Mark Hilton of Hudson, FL, Daughter ; Diana Hilton of Johnstown, NY, Step - Daughters & Son in Law : Laura Scharf of Sparta, NJ, Dana Lynch of Rochester, NY, Jennifer & Karry Castellano of Dacula,GA. Grandaughters : Aubrianna Kranbuhl of Johnstown, NY, Trinity Rose Hilton of Hudson, FL, Grandson : Liam Howard Hilton of Hudson, FL, 6 Step - Grandchildren : Bradley Lynch, Brittany Lynch, Bailey Castellano, Sydney Castellano, Noah John Castellano, Chloe Elaine Scharf, Sister : Cathy Ann Cook of Roxboro, NC, several Brothers & Sisters in law, Nieces & Nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017, at 6:00 pm St. Matthews Catholic Church in Winder, Ga.
