Greg M. Spears, age 49, of Gainesville, formerly of Dacula, GA; passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016.  He was preceded in death by his sons, Brandon and Jacob Spears.  Greg is survived by his daughter, Ashley Spears, and granddaughter, Stella Negron, of Novi, MI; the love of his life Amy Parker & her sons Andy, Kevin, & DJ, of Gainesville, GA; father & step-mother, Coy (Marlene) Spears, of Germfask, MI;  Mother, Joan Bruce, Dacula, GA; brothers & sister-in-law, Jody (Kelly) Spears, of Dacula, GA; Jamie Spears, of Dacula, GA; Takota Spears, of Germfask, MI; and several step-brothers, step-sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and special niece Caroline Newton.  Greg was a 1985 graduate of Dacula High School,  Greg loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and wood crafting.  A Celebration of Greg's life will be held on Friday September 9, 2016 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service Lawrenceville, GA; with Rev.
