Douglas Gordon Quackenbush 59 of Snellville GA passed away on October 31, 2025. Born on August 4, 1966 in Clifton Springs NY. Lived a creative life customizing garage doors to fixing cars and a whole lot more. There was nothing that he couldn't do or wouldn't do. Doug was a very outgoing person who loved to talk and joke around about any and everything with anyone. There wasn't a person on this earth he didn't stop and talk with even when walking his dog Scoobie. Doug went to school at Red Jacket Central in Shortsville NY.  He eventually met his wife Vicky Knepp Quackenbush, they have been together for 43 years. He left behind 2 daughters Laura Johnson of Snellville GA and Tonya Johnson of Snellville GA. His mother Fern Burnett Of Shortsville NY. 2 sisters Donna Quackenbush (Bates) of Newark NY and Tammy Burnett of Shortsville NY. Followed by 6 grandchildren as well as 6 great grandchildren. He will forever be sadly missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday November 7, 2025 from the chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home, Lawrenceville. 770-962-2200
