He was born on February 10, 1947 in Atlanta, GA. and was preceded in Death by his son Patrick Staples in 1991. A longtime resident of Lilburn, GA; Mr Staples was self-employed as a carpenter. He is survived by daughter, Alison Staples of Lawrenceville, GA; brother, Jack W.
