Donald Anderson, 85, passed away on May 1, 2017, at home in Winder, GA. He had a long battle with kidney disease. He was the husband of Brenda Cook Anderson.They shared 54 years together. He was born and raised in Seneca, South Dakota. He joined the Army at a ripe age of 15. He fought in the Korean war and did many more services for our country. Did you know he was a sharp shooter? After active duty, he took the trade of a Tool and Die, maker. He could make anything. He retired from General Motors after 25 years. He retired from the Army after serving our country for 24 years. He loved being creative with his hands, building anything his heart desired. He got an idea and went with it. He was absolutely brilliant! He is survived by his wife, Brenda Anderson; his children, Bob and Anne Anderson of Northwich, UK, Karen and Steve Peach of Northwich, UK, Tina Taylor of Northwich, UK, Donna and Bart Hoek of Winder, GA, Deanna and Ed Anderson of Jefferson, GA, Brian Anderson of Mesa, Arizona; his sisters, Doris Coyle of Ipswich, SD, Rosalie Whalen of Faulkton, SD, Lois Mouchet of Littleton, CO, Naomi Cook of Sugar Hill, GA, Patty Brown of Pilot Virginia, Gwen Bradley of  Woodbridge, CA, Willie Burridge of Clearwater, FL;17 Grandchildren, 15 Great-grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews.
